Grade Entry

The Grade Entry link allows you to enter grades for your students via the web.

Activities:

1. If you have not printed out the entire manual, print the attached file.

2. Click the Grade Entry link in the left navigation bar.

3. Set the Options for the correct program, semester and year.

4. Choose the correct catalog and enter the course information

5. Follow the directions for posting grades as shown in the manual.

VIP: Do NOT click the submit button unless you are really ready to submit grades.

If it is not time for you to post grades, exit the grading screen by clicking the Back button for the browser.

Special Notes:

Make sure the Options and catalog are set properly before you enter the Course Number and Section.
Catalogs change in the summer, not from fall to spring. So beginning with Summer 2007, the catalogs would be UG07 and GR07. In summer of 2008, they would change to UG08 and GR08.
For OPTIONS courses, catalogs change to the next year for classes that start July 1 or after.
Entering the last attended date is extremely important.
Remember to print out a copy of your confirmation email. Sign it, and send it to the Registrar's office.
